Background
Kathryn leads the firm’s family and relationship property team, having practised family law for over 20 years, primarily in the Bay of Plenty. Prior to joining Ronayne Hollister-Jones Lellman Kathryn spent 10 years in a large firm, 5 of which was as a partner, undertaking a broad range of litigation work in criminal, family and civil jurisdictions.
Kathryn’s expertise is highly regarded in the Bay of Plenty. Her practice includes high level relationship property and Court appointed work. She has presented seminars locally and nationally on family law issues. Kathryn is an Associate member of the Arbitrators' & Mediators' Institute of New Zealand and is able to offer expert dispute resolution and mediation services with an emphasis on family relationship dispute resolution.
