Background 

Duncan joined Ronayne Hollister-Jones Lellman in 1999 from another Tauranga firm where he practiced in both the criminal and civil jurisdictions.

Duncan now practices soley in the criminal prosecution area with a particular interest in organised crime, money laundering and actions to seize the proceeds of drug and gang related offending.  He appears on a regular basis on behalf of the Solicitor-General in relation to proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991 and the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009.
